Our vinifications are carried out in concrete vats, as well as in stainless steel tanks. Temperature control during fermentation and maceration allows us to obtain distinctive and high quality wines. What is more, we are convinced of the outstanding capacity of the native yeast of our grapes, determinant factor in the expression of the terroir in our wines.
